Marketing Manager industrial microbiological QC (EMEA) (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
- Translate the global marketing strategies for the Sysmex industrial products into region- and country tailored marketing campains
- Serve as the central communication person to deliver strategic marketing contents to the marketing organizations in the regions and the countries
- Establish and maintain processes to realize product launches to Sysmex organizations and distributors
- Analyze market potential for new industrial solutions and define the respective target countries
- Create market introduction plans for new industrial solutions for the regions and for individual countries and directly support the countries during the product launch phase
- Identify the early adaptors in the key countries for commercialization together with the country staff and manage the partnership
- Create training contents and organize sales training courses
- Deliver the feedback of customers and sales forces back to SPG to initiate product improvement strategies and start new developments
- Participation at conferences and exhibitions to present the Sysmex Partec solutions
Your profile
- Completed studies in natural science, business economics or business administration with focus on marketing
- In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following markets: food & beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry, drinking water / wastewater / water treatment business
- Sound understanding of cellular diagnostics would be beneficial
- Project management qualification training or equivalent experience achieved
- German and English language is a must
- Strategic and visionary thinking capabilities
- Focused personality to reach sales targets and time-lines
- Strong dedication for reaching targets together with a mentality toget things done
- Strong service and consulting orientation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel globally (app. 30% of working time)
