Manager Business Planning

Your responsibilities

  • In your new position, you support the execution of projects directed to implement the approved long-term business strategy
  • You take part in the planning process and ensure high-level quality, accuracy and consistency with the business strategy and goals
  • Gathering of market, business and financial information and conducting analyses to support decision-making are important factors of your role
  • Your results of analyses and assessments will be presented in documentation and presentation formats.
  • Preparation of forecasts and analyses of the sales pipeline and Coordination of the business planning processes with the relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting the managing directors by preparing presentations, handling ad-hoc requests, analyzing business figures and following up on action plans
  • Smooth and efficient communication of business plans and coordination of requests between Sysmex Partec GmbH and the head office in Japan and other affiliates to create transparency in terms of results and deadlines
  • Promoting cooperation within the company by organizing management meetings

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business administration/management field of study or a similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in forecasting, financial modelling, monthly management reports, regular and ad-hoc financial analyses
  • Proven experience leading business  planning projects with outstanding attention to detail
  • Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and business acumen and excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple deadlines, flexible under changing priorities and business environment
  • Excellent written and spoken Japanese and English skills, German skills are an advantage
